Knowledgeable and Understanding

Michael was brilliant! He assisted me wonderfully every step of the way, going above and beyond to accommodate my anxiety during the whole process, striking a balance between non-intrusiveness and nudging follow-ups when I was procrastinating with the paperwork. I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and understanding person than Michael; I can’t recommend Michael highly enough. On a personal note, I hope to see him at the IOM TT in the future!
